The illustration photographs on section pages come from image banks under a free licence for commercial use. The photographs on directory listings are supplied by the businesses concerned or collected with their source. If an image belongs to you and should not appear here, write to contact@traxrace.com: it will be removed without prior discussion.

HYROX is a registered trademark of HYROX GmbH. DEKA is a registered trademark of Spartan Race Inc. Other trademarks, brand names and logos cited belong to their respective owners. Traxrace is an independent media outlet, with no contractual link to or affiliation with these organisers: these trademarks are mentioned only to provide information about the disciplines and competitions covered by the site.

Directory and calendar content

Directory and calendar listings are built from public information (official websites of gyms and organisers) and checked before publication. They may nonetheless become outdated: opening hours, prices, dates and access conditions are the responsibility of each establishment or organiser, who alone control their information. No competition registration or session booking is made on Traxrace.

Listing a gym, a coach or a competition is free of charge and constitutes neither a partnership nor a commercial recommendation, unless explicitly stated on the listing concerned.

Reporting, correcting or removing a listing

Anyone may request the correction or removal of a listing concerning them, without having to give a reason, via the contact page or at contact@traxrace.com. Requests are handled within 30 days at the latest, and removal requests are handled first.

Outbound links and affiliation

The site links to third-party sites (gyms, organisers, equipment brands) over which the publisher has no control and for whose content it accepts no responsibility. Some product links are affiliate links: a purchase made after a click may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This remuneration does not influence editorial selection, which is explained on the About page.
