HYROX Mende - MIMATA Functional Training

MIMATA Functional Training, 3 bis Allée des Soupirs, 48000 Mende

HYROX Mende - MIMATA Functional Training took place on 27 September 2026 in MIMATA Functional Training, 3 bis Allée des Soupirs, 48000 Mende. This edition is over. Formats available: Duo Femmes, Duo Hommes, Duo Mixte.

A pairs race organised by MIMATA Functional Training, a gym in Mende, on the full format: 8 km of running split into eight one-kilometre segments, with the eight standard stations in between. It isn't a leg of the official circuit, Mende isn't on the HYROX France calendar, and the organiser claims neither affiliation nor licence. The distances and loads, though, follow the Open scale exactly, with no Pro or Scaled level: one single level per category, which makes for a race that's simple to organise and demanding to run.

Pricing tiers
90 euros per category, a flat rate with no tiers. Since all three divisions are pairs, this is very likely a per-team price, but no organiser text spells it out clearly. Registration opened on 19 July 2026 at midday and has been closed since: the official platform shows a closing date of 30 August 2026, a third-party platform showed 6 September. Where it happens

Good to know

The format

Eight one-kilometre running segments, eight stations, ranking on total time, in teams of two. The order follows the standard format: SkiErg 1,000 m, sled push 50 m, sled pull 50 m, burpee broad jumps 80 m, rowing machine 1,000 m, farmers carry 200 m, sandbag lunges 100 m, 100 wall balls. The event is registered as an indoor race on the timing platform.

Three categories, one level

Women's pairs, men's pairs, mixed pairs. No Pro, no Scaled, no age category, no solo format. Mixed pairs run on the men's loads, which makes it the toughest category on the card at equal composition.

A deliberately small race

30 spots in total, split by category, and 24 teams entered when registration closed: 7 women's pairs, 11 men's pairs, 6 mixed pairs. This stays a gym race, not a mass event, and the organiser owns that by presenting it as open to everyone, including newcomers to the format.

What isn't published

Wave schedule, check-in times, bib pickup, awards, parking, access, catering: none of this is available online. The event is promoted by the Coeur de Lozere intercommunal association, Lozere Tourisme and Lozere Nouvelle Vie, but none of these three listings give practical information. Calling the organiser remains the most reliable option.
