Where to train nearby
Looking for a gym or box to get started with Hyrox, or to improve your fitness before AIA HYROX Hong Kong?
Below you will find the gym closest to the venue in Hong Kong, offering equipment and training in Hyrox and CrossFit. Many of them train athletes all year round, which is the best way to prepare for a race over several weeks: structured sessions, the Hyrox stations (SkiErg, sled push and pull, rowing, wall balls) and coaches who know the format. If you are travelling for the event, contact them ahead of time to ask whether they welcome visiting athletes for a single session. Compare distance, equipment and drop-in conditions before you book.
