Many of them train athletes all year round, which is the best way to prepare for a race over several weeks: structured sessions, the Hyrox stations (SkiErg, sled push and pull, rowing, wall balls) and coaches who know the format. One accepts visiting athletes as a drop-in, session by session, so you can warm up, rehearse the stations or simply keep your routine while you are in Amsterdam for the event.
