HYROX Abu Dhabi takes place at ADNEC, the Emirati capital's large convention centre, over three days, including a women-only day on Friday. It is one of the flagship stops on the Middle East circuit. The field brings together Open, Pro, Doubles and Relay, with adaptive divisions and a "Find My Level" programme to guide athletes according to their level.

Programme
Friday 23 October: women-only day, starts from 2pm to 4:10pm. Saturday 24 and Sunday 25: mixed divisions, from 10am until 8:30pm and 7:35pm depending on the day.
Bib pickup
Check-in opens 90 minutes before the first wave of each category. Photo ID is required, and pickup by an unauthorised third party is not allowed.
Access
On-site parking, limited spaces, first come first served. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Bus 040 serves the venue daily.
