This rope has everything a box wants: aluminium handles, ball bearings for steady rotation, and steel cables you cut to your own length, up to 2.10 m. Three cables are supplied, leaving room for breakages.
It suits warm-ups, double unders and short cardio sessions. With good shoes such as the Nike Metcon 9 (men), jumping is more comfortable, especially on hard floors.
