Our verdict
The Soft Flask 250 ml is the small format: good grip, high-flow valve and a body that collapses as you drink. Salomon says it works with its Predict Skin 2 vest, and it also carries easily on a belt.
For the interval days of a Hyrox build, 250 ml is enough and weighs little. Longer runs call for the Salomon Soft Flask 500 ml.
