Our verdict
The Soft Flask 500 ml has a 42 mm cap and a high-flow valve, so drinking is quicker than with a narrow nozzle. It collapses as it empties, which keeps the liquid from sloshing and shows how much is left.
On long Hyrox preparation runs it replaces a bottle in the hand. It pairs with the Salomon Pulse Belt or the Salomon Active Belt 3D Bottle, and the 250 ml version covers shorter sessions.
What we like
- + Wide cap and high-flow valve
- + Collapses, no sloshing
- + Low price
What to know
- - Soft body is harder to clean than a rigid bottle
- - Fits Salomon 42 mm caps only
